Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Order Cut Off Time: 05:00 (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday).

Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping on all orders within the USA.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Once the order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be provided.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • Address change requests can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at sales@hulaa.com.
  • We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your tracking information shows no updates for more than 7 business days, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
  • In the case of damaged packages, notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.
  • Confirmed lost or damaged packages will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
