Refund policy

General Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that we do not sell items on a trial basis, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure product suitability before placing an order.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers have the right to cancel and return orders within 30 days of delivery. Beyond this period, returns are accepted only at our discretion.

Unwanted Items / Change of Mind

If you wish to return an unwanted product:

  • Notification must be sent to  sales@hulaa.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in perfect, resalable condition.
  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • No Restocking Fee
  • Original shipping charges (even if marked as "free delivery") are non-refundable and will also be deducted.
  • Refunds will be processed upon inspection and confirmation that the item is in original condition.

Please ensure you check product specifications and request samples where necessary, particularly for flooring or coloured products, as images online may differ slightly from the actual product.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item is damaged on arrival or shows signs of manufacturing defects:

Please report this to sales@hulaa.com within 24 hours of delivery.

We may request photographic evidence and will arrange either a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.

Return Process

To begin a return, please email us at sales@hulaa.com with the following:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Confirmation that item is in original condition
  • Preferred resolution (refund, exchange, replacement)

Important: In addition to the email, customers are required to acknowledge the return via phone call to ensure the process is correctly recorded and handled without delay.

We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as customers are responsible for returned goods until they are received and inspected by us.

No additional discounts, guarantees, or returns apply.

We will confirm stock availability before finalizing any such order.

We cannot accept liability if the product is unsuitable, as we have not assessed your specific application in person. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure product suitability before purchase.

To Cancel an Order

Please email  sales@hulaa.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return process will apply.

Exchange Requests

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. The cost of return and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
